About us
Adrienne Smith is the founder and visionary leader of Initial Image LLC, a mentorship and empowerment program dedicated to uplifting young girls. With over 33 years of service in the United States Air Force, she brings strong leadership, compassion, and a passion for community impact. Through years of mentoring youth in programs such as the Y.E.S. program, Boys & Girls Club, and YMCA, Adrienne has remained committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where girls can grow in confidence, self-expression, and leadership.
Her mission is to inspire every girl to feel seen, valued, and empowered to reach her full potential.
